Transfer Submissions to Colleagues

In June, we introduced three new features in BindNow to help re-assign management of new submissions.

First, all broker portal users were given the ability to re-assign submissions that they created.

Second, we introduced the submission manager status, a new set of permissions that can be granted to most users by the principal and administrator. The submission manager has privileged access that allows them to:

  • View other user’s submissions within their access number(s)
  • Re-assign any submission to others and to themselves within their access number(s)

Third, principal and administrators automatically inherited submission manager status. They also gained the ability to grant submission manager status to most user roles.
