State Fund Earns Communication Awards

The American Association of State Compensation Insurance Funds (AASCIF) recognized State Fund with two Communication Awards during their annual conference in July.
Returning to in-person events, the AASCIF conference was held in Montana this year. The awards recognize the best, most creative, and effective communication programs created by AASCIF members.
State Fund took first place in the external campaign category, for Be Their Hero, a social marketing outreach effort to connect customers with our online safety resources and increase engagement with the content on our website, SafeAtWorkCA.com.
Through our targeted email and social media campaign, views to our Fall Prevention online resources increased from 1,235 in 2020 to 10,914 in 2021.
We also earned a second place award, in the agent communications category, for our broker email outreach and educational efforts. The primary goal of this strategy is to share information and education with our brokers so they can confidently and accurately speak to the benefits of doing business with State Fund.
