New Way to Send Audit Files

Our Premium Audit department recently launched a secure file upload portal. This portal will allow policyholders to submit all necessary audit-related documentation using secure file encryption technology.

Convenient and user-friendly, the portal eliminates the need to send multiple emails with multiple attachments. There is also no need to worry about file size – the portal allows uploads up to 250 MB in size. You and your clients will still have the option to submit audit records via email, fax, or mail.

Policyholders can access the portal from StateFundCA.com and will receive email confirmation once their files are uploaded. The link to the portal will also be included in all Premium Audit record-solicitation correspondence.
