Safety and Health

Our most frequently requested online safety courses are those in Spanish. We now offer one of the most popular training sessions, the California Sexual Harassment Prevention Training, for employees and supervisors in Spanish.

With more than 60 additional courses in Spanish, State Fund’s Online Safety University SM is a great solution for employers to provide in-language state-mandated safety and human resources training, and they are free for all State Fund policyholders. Please share this information with your clients, including this link where they can register for courses and take advantage of this opportunity.

Continuing Education (State Fund Appointed Brokers Only)

State Fund will offer a one-unit broker CE class in May and June. Loss Prevention 101 helps you attain skills to increase workplace safety and will be presented virtually. Our presenter, Julie Lavezzari, is a Senior Safety Engineer with State Fund’s corporate support team. Julie has spent most of her career in the safety and health field. Julie’s focus has been on saving lives by developing and delivering safety outreach for her external and internal clients. She has developed quality safety programs, seminars, webinars, publications, and training aides for California’s workforce, which you can find at our online safety resource center, SafeAtWorkCA.com. Look for an email invitation later this spring to register for this invaluable CE class.
